All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payments are made either by direct deposit into our bank account or with a credit or debit card via Square. No credit card details are retained by Leisel’s Collection.
All items are made to order especially for you, please allow 3-5 business days after payment has cleared for your item to be created. If you require it in a rush please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Domestic orders are shipped via standard parcel with Australia Post for a flat rate of $9. If you require added coverage, tracking or express postage please contact us prior to ordering.
International orders are shipped via international economy air, Australia Post for a flat rate of $17. Please note shipping times are out of our control and can be impacted by the carrier and your country’s customs. During busy times shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks.
International Duties, Taxes and Charges
Leisel’s Collection is not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes or charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and accept any charges as they are not included in the sale price.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Leisel’s Collection does not accept returns for change of mind as items are made to order and a portion of the sale has been donated to charity.
This item is a representation of your baby and I want you to love it. I take great care in making, photographing, describing and packaging your item so that it arrives safe and as expected. Please be aware that all computer monitors and phones displays colours slightly differently.
Please keep in mind that Leisel’s Collection uses natural stones that will vary slightly from the photos. Each stone has its own unique size, shape and colour and may have natural inclusions. I take great care in selecting each stone to represent your baby, if you have any questions or would like to chat prior to purchasing please do not hesitate to contact me.
There are many different birthstone charts available, please be sure the month you are ordering is the stone you are expecting.
If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase so I can resolve the problem for you. I will need photos and a description to assess if there is a fault. If I deem there is a problem, I will happily replace the item once I receive it back. I will reimburse return postage, please wait for instructions from me on how to package and send to be eligible for this reimbursement.
- Remove jewellery before bathing, showering or swimming.
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion or chemicals.
- Store separately in sealed box.
- Wipe gently with cleaning cloth.
Leisel’s Collection cannot refund or replace items which are damaged or worn due to incorrect care.
